Tim Nicol is owner and Managing Director of the MIH Centre, an innovation consultancy. Tim successfully launched and managed many top consumer brands and products during his 18 year career with the Mars group. He managed the innovation strategy, NPD, and brand development process across an international multi-site division serving 25 markets across Europe and the Middle East. Since moving into marketing services he has advised leading multi-national FMCG clients on innovation and brand development. Tim also works in the Third Sector, bringing marketing techniques to social enterprises- most notably as Village Champion for the village of Tideswell in the UK Peak District, as part of the BBC One and Big Lottery Fund programme, “Village SOS”.
